Hold on a second! I'm bolivian and I'm well aware this cup never existed!

Please listen to me! this cup never existed, my proof is that won't find any reference user: jso1985 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jso 1985 (talkcontribs) 20:45, 27 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Why anybody dispute the authenticity of this cup?

[edit]

There are any references, any comments about, any single article written about, any sign that prove the existence of this cup. I'm bolivian, and if I can't find anything about this, how could someone wrote so many articles with information that cannot be found? It seems like this is a fictious cup, it seems like primary information, or rather it seems like a farce.

I don't know the EN Wikipedia rules, but I'm sure that you cannot invent a cup and wrote an article about. --GRop5t (talk) 19:14, 29 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@GRop5t: Google search returns many hits for "Copa Bolivia". If you think it does not exist, please try WP:AfD. Speedy deletion is only for obvious cases. Vanjagenije (talk) 20:44, 29 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Vanjagenije: That cup that you mention is a tournament of lower promotional category created in 2012 (check http://www.la-razon.com/index.php?_url=/marcas/futbol/Nace-Copa-Bolivia-sigue-Nacional_0_1618038211.html), that would correspond in hierarchical order to a type of third division. The cup that mentions this article is a national cup supposedly disputed between 1976 and 2002. Not only think it's invented, it's a completely verifiable fact, since, for example, if you consult the titles of Oriente Petrolero on its official website (http://www.cluborientepetrolero.net/el-club/titulos/) you'll notice that not only there's no vestige that proves this cup is an official tournament, but also doesn't figure in the friendly titles.GRop5t (talk) 02:43, 30 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Inexistent Cup Tournament

[edit]

The Bolivia Cup as such does not exist since in the official pages of some clubs that supposedly won it they do not mention it within their respective cups. So in that case it is a fake article User:Marco_Antonio_Merchán talk 14:43, 24 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
