Updates needed

Independent, well-sourced information is needed for the section Commissioner for Human Rights (Russia)#Effectiveness of the institution. Since the 24 February 2022 full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the number of human rights violations in the Russian Federation has climbed considerably - the question of whether the Commissioner for Human Rights has been able to do anything at all to defend human rights during the invasion is a major question that people reading this article will seek to answer.
