EP or studio album

[edit]

In an interview with Pitchfork, Robyn actually said "It's not a new idea-- a lot of people put out less-planned releases that are not that long, sometimes they're called EPs. But these releases are not EPs. They're albums with enough songs to make them feel like real bodies of work. They are shorter than usual, but still closer to ten songs than five." So, maybe these releases should be treated as studio albums after all? Pancake (talk) 09:18, 5 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I was the one who changed them to EPs. The reasoning was for her stating that they were "mini albums", during the announcement of them. In this interview, she specifically called them "studio albums", so I think that's enough to change them back to "studio albums". If you'd like to go ahead, I don't think there's gonna be any objections. Great find! nding·start 10:53, 5 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
