Hello.

I've noticed that there are at least two elements missing from Robert Fernley's career.

Could someone please assist in incorporating this information? I've included the relevant text and references below.

Many thanks.

Fernley actively supported the National Centre for Motorsport Engineering (NCME) through the Fernley Foundation, collaborating to enhance graduates' qualifications in motorsport engineering and introducing apprenticeship schemes. He facilitated student involvement by loaning his 1981 Ensign N180B car, providing practical experience in operating a historic Formula 1 car. In recognition of his contributions, Fernley received an honorary doctorate from the NCME in 2019.

In 2022, Fernley spearheaded the Racing Star programme, promoting equal opportunities for aspiring racing drivers from diverse backgrounds. The programme included the Racing Star F4 Esports Competition, offering winners a pathway to secure a racing seat in Formula 4 and pursue professional racing careers.
