Is this one or a range of compositions

Since in LEDs it can produce a range of wavelengths it seems likely to be a variable composition alloy/mix like Aluminium gallium arsenide. Could be clearer and with better sources. - Rod57 (talk) 13:20, 2 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
