Poll

[edit]

I'm only sure about the results of BYuT in the last election (Den doesn't mention the others results), can a native Ukrainian speaker (I'm that not!) find those results cause I simply guessed them... — Mariah-Yulia (talk) 23:32, 15 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I added a source. (about the results of last elections). --Vasyl` Babych (talk) 17:16, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! This election seems to be a big test for the comming national elections in Ukraine. Is the Ukrainian National Bloc of Kostenko and Plyushch (Блок Костенка і Плюща) still participation in this election or has Plyushch gone to United Centre (Єдиний Центр)? — Mariah-Yulia (talk) 18:11, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ukrainian National Bloc of Kostenko and Plyushch on this (2009) election is Ukrainian People's Party. On last (2006) election, in election list of Ukrainian National Bloc of Kostenko and Plyushch quota of Ukrainian People's Party wos more 90%.
Leader election list of United Centre in Ternopil Oblast election 2009 is Yyry Chyrzmar (Юрій Чижмарь). He is a governor of

Ternopil Oblast on this moment.

Ivan Plyushch to this elections has no relation. --Vasyl` Babych (talk) 19:05, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I see. So Ukrainian National Bloc of Kostenko and Plyushch is now defunct/does not exist anymore? This source [1] seems to imply that to. I'm glad I find this more interesting then Britney Spears :) — Mariah-Yulia (talk) 20:15, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ukrainian National Bloc of Kostenko and Plyushch is only Ukrainian parliamentary election, 2006 (and regional election in 2006 year) Project.--Vasyl` Babych (talk) 20:56, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
But Ukrainian National Bloc of Kostenko and Plyushch at thise moment have faction in several Oblast and sity soviet. (council) --Vasyl` Babych (talk) 21:04, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yes I saw, also in Lviv [2]Mariah-Yulia (talk) 21:19, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Should we change the name of the article

[edit]

to Cancelled Ternopil Oblast local election, 2009? That might make it easier to find and is more truthful. — Mariah-Yulia (talk) 22:10, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No, because look at the format of other Category:Cancelled elections. They just kept it the way it was. ddima.talk 00:01, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fraud?

[edit]

All-Ukrainian Union "Freedom", United Centre & Party of Regions all score 3X more in the election then in there most optimistic poll? Unless I miss something this election looks like massive fraud, can anybody enlight me about that, please? — Mariah-Yulia (talk) 21:01, 17 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Already found some expert opinions on this, more is welcome of course! — Mariah-Yulia (talk) 22:05, 17 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Please, read this: Ternopil region head says whole region won election --Vasyl` Babych (talk) 08:16, 18 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Voter turnout?

[edit]

What was the voter turnout (can't find) and % of people who voted against all? That could explain the odd results. 10:11, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

(If I understand the Ukrainian wikipedia right) the voter turnout was 50% / 51%? - Mariah-Yulia (talk) 12:00, 18 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
