Richmond Elementary School is an elementary school in Portland Public Schools and also the only school to have a Japanese program. The program continues to Mt Tabor Middle School then U.S Grant High School.
In students 5th grade year they have the opportunity to go on a trip to Japan for 10 days and experience school and home life in Japan.
