Nguyễn Nhật Lâm (born December 26, 1980; currently living in California, USA.) is a Vietnamese ballad and bolero singer

Born in Sài Gòn, Vietnam, he graduated from the Trường cao đẳng văn hóa Nghệ thuật (College of Culture and Arts), majoring in vocal music ("Khóa" Class 17). Nhật Lâm possesses a charm and a friendly, sociable personality. Incidentally, he went into acting, appearing in films like "Truy lùng dấu vết," "Tường vi cánh mỏng," and "Chỗ chỉ có một người."

In 2009, Nhật Lâm moved to the U.S. to reunite with his family. His passion for singing remained strong, and he competed in the 2011 Giọng Ca Vàng competition. Since then, he has collaborated with Trung tâm Asia (Asia Entertainment).

Early life

Nhật Lâm was born into a family with six siblings and was the first to pursue a career in singing, distinguishing himself from the rest of his family. From a young age, he showed a strong passion for the arts and competed to gain admission into three prestigious institutions: Trường cao đẳng Kỹ thuật Công nghệ, Trường cao đẳng Văn hóa Nghệ thuật, and Trường cao đẳng Sân khấu Điện ảnh. He was accepted into all three schools with scholarships, but ultimately chose to attend Trường cao đẳng Văn hóa Nghệ thuật, where he focused on vocal performance. Singing had always been his dream and passion, driving his decision to commit fully to his artistic path.

Music career

Nhật Lâm's music career took off after he participated in the Giọng Ca Vàng competition by Trung tâm Asia (Asia Entertainment) in 2011, which earned him the love of the overseas Vietnamese community. His collaboration with Asia Entertainment became a key factor, with his involvement in many influential ASIA music DVD productions.
