Monica Joan Tudehope is an Australian politician. In 2024, she was selected by the NSW Liberals to contest the 2024 Epping State By-Election.

Tudehope was raised in West Pennant Hills, and is married with two daughters.[1]

Tudehope has an extensive background in politics, having been Deputy Chief of Staff to Premier Dominic Perrottet[2], and being the daughter of former Member for Epping,[3] and current Opposition Leader in the Legislative Council, Damien Tudehope.

Education

Tudehope attended Tangara School for Girls, in Cherrybrook[4] and graduated from the University of Sydney.

Politics

Tudehope is a former advisor to Liberal Premier Dominic Perrottet,[5] and previously unsuccessfully contested Liberal preselection for the casual Senate vacancy caused by Marise Payne's resignation.

In 2024, she was selected to contest the 2024 Epping State By-Election triggered by Perrottet's resignation. Tudehope won the preselection receiving 89 of the 115 votes.[2]
