[edit]

Replace the last line with **Self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-3.0,2.5,2.0,1.0|Own work Multi-license with GFDL and Creative Commons CC-BY-SA-3.0 and older versions (2.5, 2.0 and 1.0), as the template in question has been deleted. I'm not sure if this page is still used in the interface anywhere, but I just came across a new upload by a new user who used this template, so let's rather be safe than sorry. – Train2104 (t • c) 18:45, 21 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

There seems to be something wrong with the code you offered; {{Self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-3.0,2.5,2.0,1.0|Own work Multi-license with GFDL and Creative Commons CC-BY-SA-3.0 and older versions (2.5, 2.0 and 1.0)}} does include a nonexistent template.
