The McLaren W1 (codenamed P18) is an sports car from the British automobile manufacturer McLaren Automotive, set to be produced from 2025. It is the heir to the McLaren F1 and McLaren P1.

The McLaren W1 was presented on October 6, 2024.[2][3]

Overview

The W1 is based on the McLaren Carbon Lightweight Architecture (MCLA) carbon fiber architecture.

It is the fastest accelerating road-legal McLaren ever, reaching 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.7 seconds and 200 km/h (120 mph) from standstill in 5.8 seconds. The declared top speed is electronically limited to 350 km/h (220 mph).

Costing US$2.1 million, only 399 W1s will be built.[4]
