Jamal Abdi Hassan Abdullah (born 10 October 1972) is a Qatari middle-distance runner. He competed in the 3000 metres steeplechase at the 1992 Summer Olympics and the 1996 Summer Olympics.[1]

Hassan earned his first international medal at the 1990 Asian Junior Athletics Championships, winning bronze in the steeplechase. At the senior Asian championships in 1995, Hassan improved to silver in the steeplechase.[2][3]

Hassan won three silver medals at the Arab Athletics Championships, beginning with a silver steeplechase medal in 1995 and including silver medals in the steeplechase and 5000 m in 1997.[4] Attempting the same double at the 1994 Gulf Cooperation Council Athletics Championships, Hassan won gold medals in both events.[5]
