Estonia-Italy relations are foreign relations between Estonia and Italy. Italy recognised Estonia on January 26, 1921. Italy re-recognised Estonia on August 27, 1991. Both countries re-established diplomatic relations on August 31, 1991.

Estonia has an embassy in Rome and 6 honorary consulates (in Cagliari, Florence, Genoa, Milan, Naples and Turin). Italy has an embassy in Tallinn. Both countries are full members of NATO and of the European Union.
