Why is it not added for review?

- There is a blue message box near the bottom of the big header on the draft which says "Submit the draft for review" which you could click. However.... I would very strongly suggest that you don't. If you do any reviewer will reject te draft as it has no indepedednt and reliable sources, it is written in an advertorial style and there is no indication that the topic is notable.
