Draft page & Unverification

There's a draft page named Draft:July massacre which has far more resources, contents and citation than this article. Also, this article is not verified as WP:GA by any reviewer. In my opinion, we should develop the draft and submit that for review rather than changing this article. Also, there was discussion about the title of the article in the talk page of the draft aswell.

Oh. I didn't notice there was any draft when I started working on this article. Well in that case, ig we're better off building the draft first as there's a lot of work already done in the draft which i was planning to do here. About the GA verification, GA doesn't happen overnight. I was planning to build the manuscript first, then start to improve the article tone and do other things that lead to a good article.
