Semih Lütfü Turgut is the resident Ambassador of Türkiye to Sri Lanka [1] and the accredited Ambassador to the Maldives [2].

Ambassador Semih Lütfü Turgut served as the Consul General in Mazar-i Sharif between 2020-2024 [3], the Consul General in Edinburgh between 2014-2018 [4] and the Consul General in Alexandria between 2010-2012 [5].

Ambassador Semih Lütfü Turgut graduated from Eskisehir Anatolian High School in 1990, completed his undergraduate education in 1995 and his master's degree in 2000 [6] at the Department of International Relations of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at the Middle East Technical University.
