Mark Wahlgren Summers is a historian in the United States. He is a professor at the University of Kentucky.

His father Clyde Summers was a law professor at Yale University.[1]

He has appeared on C-Span programs.[2][3]

In 1992 he was interviewed by Andrea Webb.[4]
