Overview

Liftinstituut is a global organization based in the Netherlands, Amsterdam and was founded in 1933. Liftinstituut specializes in safety inspections, certifications, and approvals for elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation systems. Liftinstituut is accredited as a Notified Body (NoBo) in Europe, which allows it to conduct conformity assessments according to the following European directives:

  • Lift Directive 2014/33/EU
