The International College of Musical Theatre (ICMT), originally founded as the American Musical Theatre Academy – AMTA[1] is a private institution for musical theatre training.[1] The institution offers world-class musical theatre training. History
[edit]The ICMT was co-founded by Kenneth Avery-Clark and Christie Miller in 2010 as the American Musical Theatre Academy (AMTA) in London. In 2019, it rebranded to reflect its international growth, becoming the International College of Musical Theatre. [citation needed]

Programs
[edit]ICMT offers several programs in musical theatre. The BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre Performance is a two-year[2][3], accelerated course focused on developing performance skills in a short period.[2][3] There is also a Professional Development Musical Theatre Course to improve professional abilities in the field.[10] The Level 4 Diploma in Musical Theatre Foundation Course provides basic training for students preparing for further study or professional work. The EU Bespoke Musical Theatre Course is tailored to meet the specific needs of students from the European Union.[10][4]
