[edit]Graphisads Limited is an integrated marketing and advertising agency founded in 1987. Initially operating as "Graphisads Private Limited," the company rebranded to "Graphisads Limited" in 2023.[1]With over three decades of experience, the agency provides a range of advertising services, including creative strategy, media planning, and media buying across various platforms, such as print media, digital media, and events.[2][3]
Graphisads has worked on campaigns in a variety of sectors, utilizing traditional and digital advertising mediums, including newspapers, magazines, and online platforms.[1][3] The agency has been recognized within the advertising industry and has received several awards for its contributions to creative and effective marketing campaigns. IPO
[edit]Graphisads Limited launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO) from November 30 to December 5, 2023, and was officially listed on the stock exchange on December 13, 2023.[1] The allotment of shares was completed on December 8, 2023, and the lock-in periods for anchor investors are set to conclude in January and March 2024.[1][3]
As of December 2023, Graphisads is listed and trading on the National Stock Exchange of India.[7]
G-force Incubator
[edit]Graphisads Limited has collaborated with the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow to launch "G Force," an accelerator program designed to support entrepreneurs in the media sector.[8] The program combines industry expertise with academic resources to promote innovation and growth for media startups.[9] Graphisads has committed to investing over ₹100 crore in the initiative over the next three years.[8] The program focuses on areas such as gamification, event automation, adtech, and influencer marketing.[10]

[edit]Mukesh Kumar Gupta is the Chairman and Managing Director of Graphisads Limited. [11] He holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and has been with the company for over 26 years, where he is responsible for overseeing business strategy, policy, and operations.[3]
In addition to his role at Graphisads, Gupta serves as the Chairman of the Media, Entertainment, and Art Industry at PHD Chambers of Commerce and Industry.[12] In 2024, he was the chief guest at the Media Expo held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.[13]
Alok Gupta
[edit]Alok Mukesh Gupta is the Executive Director of Graphisads Limited. [11] He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, and completed a Post Graduate Program in Business Management from the SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.[3] Gupta has been with the company for over 17 years, with 13 years of experience in a directorial role.[14] In 2022, Alok Gupta was elected as the head of the Young Indians (Yi) under the Confederation of Indian Industry.
