After the move, he became involved in initiatives supporting migrant communities.[1] He has publicly shared his personal experiences as an immigrant, reflecting on the challenges and opportunities immigrants face in a new country. [2] Sareen's educational background includes studies in leadership and entrepreneurship, influencing his professional and advocacy endeavours.[3]
Entrepreneurship
[edit]Sareen has consulted for various startups and scale-ups, focusing on product development and technology. He emphasises the value of practical business knowledge in complementing formal education. His entrepreneurial efforts primarily aim to support business growth and innovation.[4][5][6]
Migrants Life Foundation
[edit]In 2024, Sareen founded the Migrants Life Foundation, a non-profit organisation aimed at promoting cultural understanding and community cohesion through the sharing of migrant stories. The foundation organises events, including exhibitions, panel discussions, and cultural performances, which bring together people from diverse backgrounds.
The foundation’s Migrants Life 2025 Exhibition will showcase personal stories of migrants to Australia, providing a platform for underrepresented voices and promoting intercultural dialogue. The foundation also developed a digital platform that includes a community space for migrants, featuring resources and connections through an app and a website. The foundation’s work focuses on using storytelling to foster empathy and mutual respect between different cultures.[7][8]

[edit]In 2024, Sareen launched the Migrants Circle App as a social platform for Migrants to help bridge borders and build bonds.[9]

He frequently speaks on topics related to leadership, personal growth, and the migrant experience.
