Dino Ying (Chinese name: 应书岭; pinyin: Ying Shuling) is a Chinese entrepreneur and investor. Born in the 1980s, he is the founder of Hero Games, a Chinese game company[1], the founder and CEO of VSPO (former name, VSPN)[2], a Chinese esports company, and the founder of INS Park[3], an international esports music commercial complex in Shanghai, China.

He is the Vice President of Global Esports Federation[4] and a member of Esports & E Martial Art Committee of Olympic Council of Asia. [5]

Business Career

In 2013, he became the President of Nasdaq CMGE China Mobile Games Group.

On June 16, 2015, he founded Hero Games and served as Chairman and CEO.

On June 16, 2016, he founded VSPO and also took on the role of Chairman and CEO.

On October 8, 2021, he resigned as CEO of Hero Games but continued as Chairman.[1]

In February 2023, he signed an investment agreement with Saudi Arabia's Savvy Games Group, securing a $265 million investment for VSPO.[2]

On June 16, 2023, he opened INS Park in Shanghai, China, a commercial complex that combines esports arenas, night clubs, restaurants and comedy clubs. [3]

In January, 2024, he was named as a member of the Esports & E Martial Art Committee of Olympic Council of Asia.[5]

On June 3, 2024, the Global Esports Federation announced its latest management team, with Dino Ying named as Vice President of the Global Esports Federation.[4]

He co-published the video game Black Myth: Wukong and was an early investor in its developer Game Science. [6]

On December 24, 2021, Dino Ying was listed in the "Hurun Under 40s China Rich List 2021". [7]

In October 2023, Dino Ying ranked 630th on the "Hurun China Rich List 2023" with a wealth of 9.8 billion RMB.[8]

On March 25, 2024, Dino Ying ranked 2418th in the "Hurun Global Rich List 2024" with a wealth of 10 billion RMB. [9]

In 2024, Dino Ying was named Vice President of Global Esports Federation[4] and a member of Esports & E Martial Art Committee of Olympic Council of Asia.

Dino Ying (1981-), born in Shanghai, China, is a Chinese entrepreneur, video game producer, and member of the 13th Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the CPPCC. He is currently Chairman of Hero Entertainment,[1] and Chairman and CEO of VSPO.[10]

On February 16, 2023, Dino Ying, Brian Ward, CEO of Savvy Games Group and Prince Faisal bin Bandar, president of the Saudi Esports Federation, signed an agreement for Savvy Games Group to invest $265 million in VSPO.[11]
