Daniel Bird is a British journalist and commentator, currently working as an Assistant Showbiz Editor[1] for the Daily Mirror.

He previously worked[2] at the Daily Star and was a Celebrity News Reporter[3] at Express.co.uk. Daniel grew up outside of Chester City Centre and attended Liverpool Hope University and attended Sheffield Hallam University, studying an MA in International Journalism.

Daniel grew up in Cheshire before moving to Sheffield, South Yorkshire. He has used his journalism career to discuss his own struggles with mental health, as well as an eating disorder on ITV Granada Reports.
