The storyline of this episode is Hal Cooper is revealed to be the Black Hood and attacks Betty, Alice and Cheryl and kidnaps Toni after the reveal, Hiram, Veronica and Hermione face off against rival mobsters, Jughead faces off against Penny Peabody, Fangs's shooter is revealed and the Ghoulies cause chaos in Riverdale.
