Alexander C. Hull (April 20, 1858-January 28, 1914) was a newspaperman, politician, and businessman in Arkansas. He served as Arkansas Secretary of State from 1897-1901. His father John E. Hull served in the Arkansas House of Representatives and was a captain in the Confederate Army when he was killed. Alex Hull was seven.

Alexander Hull served as Clerk of Boone County from 1878-1880. He founded the Baxter County Citizen newspaper in Mountain Home. He became editor of the Boone County Banner. He held various roles in the Arkansas Press Association. He married and had five children.[1]
