Cooper Koch (born July 16, 1996) is an American actor, best known for his portrayal of murderer Erik Menéndez in the crime drama series Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story (2024). He has also starred in the slasher film They/Them and the body horror film Swallowed (both 2022).

Biography

Cooper Koch was born on July 16, 1996, in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles.[1] He has a twin brother, Payton Koch, who also works in the entertainment industry as a series editor and has been nominated at the Primetime Emmy Awards.[2] His grandfather is producer Hawk Koch.[3]

Koch is openly gay and often stars in queer films, including A New York Christmas Wedding (2020), They/Them, and Swallowed (both 2022).[4][5]
