Rename (Sept)

I renamed myself from OhHaiMark so could you please rename the participants so I have the right again? Thanks! Tavantius (talk) 12:22, 20 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
 Done. Primefac (talk) 14:28, 22 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Inactive (Sept)

Account got compromised so could not work on it. Now reinstated, and I intend to resume here onwards. Devopam (talk) 09:56, 12 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

New (Sept)

I would like to get some experience reviewing AFC and eventually NPP. I've created 20 articles myself and participated in AFD discussions as well as reviewed a couple of GAs. IntentionallyDense (talk) 05:27, 2 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Probation, which will be evaluated in 3-6 months. Being on probation only means that you can be removed from the list for any reason without prior discussion. Primefac (talk) 14:39, 2 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I am getting back into wikipedia and I want to help with the AfC backlog. I used the tool back before you had to request the right to use it and have plenty of experience with reviewing new articles and AfD. cyberdog958Talk 22:00, 3 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Note for reviewing admin: I checked their participation on the AfDs that have yet to close, looks good. -- asilvering (talk) 00:23, 6 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I've had the access previously but was removed due to inactivity. Now, I'd like to have the access to help in AfC. --Ratekreel (talk) 21:07, 14 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Ratekreel, you have barely any recent activity at all, and only one recent AfD comment. -- asilvering (talk) 21:16, 14 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Asilvering, yes. I thought previous access would be sufficient to have trust on me. I have recently started editing after a long break. --Ratekreel (talk) 21:25, 14 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Done per previous. Primefac (talk) 18:17, 15 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I am applying for permission to review drafts in order to assist with reducing the significant backlog. With over 1,000 edits, I have substantial experience and believe I meet the minimum criteria for this role. Abike25 (talk) 16:04, 16 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Not done for now, lack of AFD experience, a draftified article and a few issues regarding copyrights have me a bit concerned. I think a bit more experience, especially on the deletion-related side of things, will be of help. Primefac (talk) 14:25, 22 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I would like to participate so I can help reduce the huge backlog of AFC reviewers. I have familiarized myself with the prerequisite required for this permission. I started to help out in draftspace of my interest, and noticed that there are quite of huge backlog that are pending review, in which only AFC reviewers are allowed to accept/reject it, I believed with my knowledge, I can volunteer to reduce it. Thank you for considering me. 98𝚃𝙸𝙶𝙴𝚁𝙸𝚄𝚂 [𝚃𝙰𝙻𝙺] 10:40, 19 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Done. For the record, anyone can move a page out of the draft space. Primefac (talk) 14:28, 22 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I would love to become an AFC reviewer because without articles, Wikipedia is nothing! With new articles, we can expand wikipedia. However, we can also give feedback on articles that are not eligible. I would like to do all of these! I also want to reduce the backlog on AfC.Cooldudeseven7 (Discuss over a cup of tea?) 14:16, 19 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Not done, as you do not yet meet the minimum requirements. You need 500 edits to articles and only have 106 so far. I suggest getting more AfD experience as well. -- asilvering (talk) 15:43, 19 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Is this mainspace or normal edits? Cooldudeseven7 (Discuss over a cup of tea?) 15:47, 19 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Mainspace. -- asilvering (talk) 15:49, 19 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oh. Thank you!! Cooldudeseven7 (Discuss over a cup of tea?) 15:52, 19 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I have been an host on the Wikipedia Teahouse which genuinely show my experience in creating articles, also, I have helped editors review their drafts in the past and this is why I will like to ask to be a reviewer on WikiProject following the recommendation from Hey man Joss who suggested I'm rather fit here. Tesleemah (talk) 03:02, 23 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Not done for now. Your AfD participation is pretty uneven and you've only created one article in the past year, with many of your earlier articles having been deleted via WP:A7. Some more experience creating articles that meet guidelines would help. And you're welcome to add good sources to promising drafts at any time. -- asilvering (talk) 01:45, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I have over 102 articles live on Wikipedia while I have been busy helping with drafts (I get a few editors requesting to help review their drafts), host on Wikipedia Tea house and working on my AFDs, I really don't see I have not met the requirement. Maybe a probation would have been better than marking 'Not done'Tesleemah (talk) 05:22, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I believe I meet the criteria and want a break from writing Sinopec. Also I created some articles so now I want to give back Czarking0 (talk) 04:48, 23 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I'm here after going way in over my head several weeks ago by applying for NPP rights, which probably wasn't the greatest idea. The reason I'm applying is to help out with reviewing of AfC pages and to just help out overall and gain experience. I have 9.1k contributions, an 83% AfD match rate among 111-or-so votes (I started ramping up my AfD votes after the NPP application, since that was the main issue highlighted), and experience interacting with new editors and at AIV. I believe I have applied (and been denied) before, although that was several months ago, and a lot has changed since then. Before I re-apply at NPP, I want to start small and help out here.  Probation, which will be evaluated in 3-6 months. Being on probation only means that you can be removed from the list for any reason without prior discussion. This is mainly because your last round of serious editing was in 2017, and the norms have changed a lot since then. Primefac (talk) 13:58, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! Hoping to help get the backlog down. I've made a fair few articles from scratch, and more from redirects (We Make You, Always Yours (album), Very Nice) as some examples. I mainly work over on the K-pop side of things but my interests are pretty broad and I am happy to read up on most things. orangesclub 🍊 09:23, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I believe I meet all of the requirements listed, especially the edit count one. While I do not have prior experience in other Wikiprojects, I do understand the criteria in which an article should be deleted. I'm online pretty much every day I can be, and I both seek help when I need it and try and help others who are seeking help. I may not be the most experienced person in this submission list, but I feel I have the credentials to be ready to take on this role. Thank you! -Erin (PhoenixCaelestis) (talk) 20:17, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not done, while blocks are not necessarily a posted requirement, edit warring in a CTOP area is a big red flag for me; you were just blocked a couple of weeks ago for it. Primefac (talk) 13:58, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I would like to be an article reviewer especially on football related articles and African articles. I would mainly focus on rewriting articles submitted for review which have been declined for poor referencing, wording or outlining. Thanks. Jõséhola 07:10, 3 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
 Done. Primefac (talk) 13:58, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I’m planning on getting my feet back into the water and would love to restart reviewing AfCs. Best, Reading Beans 13:03, 3 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I am requesting AFC helper script rights as I have been an active Wikipedia user for the past two years, during which I have gained significant experience in editing and contributing to the platform. I am eager to assist in reviewing articles submitted through the Articles for Creation process, ensuring they meet Wikipedia's notability and content standards.
