Welcome

[edit]

Hello, Tzaino, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

  • Hi! I wanted to give you a bit of a welcome and a little feedback on your sandbox draft. When writing, make sure that you source your claims with reliable sources like academic books and journals. You also need to make sure that the work isn't an WP:ESSAY, as articles need to be written in an encyclopedic format and should not contain persuasive writing or original research on the topic matter. I'm concerned that your sandbox draft is written too much like an essay. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 17:39, 28 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
