April 2020

[edit]

Information icon Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made to Fuel: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. Ifnord (talk) 22:56, 20 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding the changes I made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Florida I don't see how any of the changes that were made could be against wikipedia policies. There was nothing slanted about the changes that were made. Can you please give further clarification?

A barnstar for you!

RandomWookiee, I deeply appreciate your tutorials. They taught me how to use Twinkle, use templates (like this one), and so much more. Without you I’d be lost. 🥰 HelenDegenerate (talk) 03:13, 24 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Question

[edit]

Hi RandomWookiee I have a question to ask you I've reverted some edits from User 99.252.42.107 on the timeline of the covid-19 pandemic pages so I'm wondering does that count as vandalism or is it just a regular edit. S201050066 (talk) March 12 2022 5:53 pm eastern standard time

I have issued you a challenge

My newest video is all about you. You don't list any social media accounts on your YouTube, so I'm letting you know about it on here. MJLTalk 15:27, 15 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I don't engage in social media outside of YouTube, that's why nothing is listed. But, have seen your video... RandomWookiee (talk) 16:07, 15 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your forgetfulness

Thanks for leaving your sandbox of Edward S. Popek untouched for 3 years. I found it and got to write a new article. Roasted (talk) 01:16, 6 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I really did forget about that! Good work on the new article. RandomWookiee (talk) 01:39, 18 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you! It's quite a project. RandomWookiee (talk) 00:57, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Haha. You're welcome. As a fellow YouTuber, I'm very well aware how much effort goes into just making my own crappy [novice] videos so I admire how well put together your video tutorials are. Keep up the good work! 👍 Huggums537 (talk) 11:29, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

How to upload "creative commons" youtube video as photos on "Wikimedia Commons"

[edit]

Hello. I write wikipedia biographies. One the things I struggle a lot with is how to upload "creative commons" videos as PHOTOS on "Wikimedia Commons" site. I know sir you run a channel by the name of "The Wiki Show" which is quite helpful. However I have not found any videos on youtube on how to upload "creative commons" videos as photos on "Wikimedia Commons" so far. Sir can you make a video on this topic? If so, I would be thankful to you. Harris Zaindi (talk) 03:19, 17 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
