What exactly is your relationship to the blocked account, Parsianvasbyif? How did you come to know about Parsian IF · ( talk | logs | links | watch | afd ) · [revisions]?

I am the chairman of the club, since my account is blocked I cant answer the administrator Czar that has blocked our page. If you can help me change my username and unblock, then I can answer the administrator Czar that I have an open conversation with regarding the removal of our Wiki page.

The reasons for its deletion are at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Parsian IF. The decision to delete was made on 5 Oct, four days before the creation of your account.

Yes, that is correct, I created the account today in order to be able to have a communication with you guys. I dont have an relationsship to any other account but this one. I was going to enter the Parsian IF wiki page since the season had ended and I wanted to write that the club finished 7th in Division 4. But to my surprise I discovered that the page had been removed. I created the account that I am writing from as of now and I wrote to Czar (the administrator that removed the Parsian IF page). He replied to me and asked some questions and wanted me to provide documents but since this account were blocked I could not answer him. I read in your guidelines that I can have Parsian IF in my accountname as long as I also have my name and therefore I asked to change the username to "Shahram at parsianidrottsforening". I know about Parsian IF since I am involved in the club. If you unlock my account I will provide Czar with the necessary documents that he asked for.
