I was hoping someone would add the reference I'm not that great with this stuff. Turns out what I added to that page did happen and the city isnt very proud of it but it is part of the history.

Author of Camp Kohler : Hey im working on it. I am new to wikipedia and I am having some issues like I cant upload pictures. Camp Kohler was a real place in Sacramento, CA and it was used as an assembly center for japanese during WWII.

As reviewing administrator, I removed all those deletion tags: not a single one of them applied, and I have instructed the editor who put them on as appropriate. However, the article does need improvement: please expand it with the history of the base, using appropriate sources. I advise you to fix the problem, and do this very quickly, before the article gets nominated for deletion by a regular deletion process.
