Herewith your article, as requested. I note no work on it for over six months, but never mind. It will need significant work, I believe, to confer encyclopedic notability.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 17:31, 4 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

In 2003, Beltram left the company. In 2004, Robert Murphy, former owner of the Be Yoga studio chain in New York City[2], became Stollmeyer's partner and helped Stollmeyer launch an online, SaaS model of MINDBODY software in 2005.[1] In 2004, MindBody Software was incorporated as MINDBODY, Inc.[3] [4] Since 2005, the company has received investments from venture capitalists including Bessemer Venture Partners, Institutional Venture Partners, and Catalyst Ventures totaling 58 million dollars.[5]
In April 2013, MINDBODY purchased alternative medicine listing startup, Jill's List,[6]
In October 2013, the company launched its first consumer-facing application, named MINDBODY Connect that allows users to book classes and appointments at any of the companies 33,000 clients.[7]
In February 2014, the company raised another 50 million dollars, bringing the total investment in the company to 110 million dollars.[8][9][10][11]
