Name of article

[edit]

This article says about district of Republic of Abkhazia. There is no such administrative unit in Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia, Georgia. The official names of district are: Abkhaz: Тҟәарчал араион and Russian: Ткуарчалский район. It sounds like Tquarchal arayon and Tquarchalsky rayon. The offical abkhazian site uses name Tquarchal (1, 2). So we should use Tquarchal District for the name of article about administrative unit of Republic of Abkhazia. Tquarchal districtTkvarcheli district – The only and correct name of this town and its district is Tkvarcheli and Tkvarcheli District, this is the district of the town Tkvarcheli so its name must be represented in correct form.
