He is not allowed to go to public places, a notion undetermined by Kazakh law

"undetermined by Kazakh law"--does this mean "public place" is an notion undefined in Kazakh law, or is the released prison regime mentioned what is undetermined (or even something else)? --Dpr 04:47, 4 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
