Well, this article needs to decide what it wants to be about. I would expect it to be about the events of October, and there are some interesting questions that aren't answered here: Why'd he do it? What was the situation leading up to the event? What was the involvement of the military and the intelligence service? What, actually, happened? Were some people arrested, or what? Was there any resistance, and if so why not? Did the press report on it, and if so how? Where there any immediate protests or counteractions, and if so, details please.

And so forth. Instead it tells nothing of this and goes on into the nature of the new constitution and the history of the Fourth Republic, which is covered elsewhere (and, hopefully, with some sources.)

This is why I have tagged the first section to be expanded and the subsequent sections to be deleted (or merged somewhere, but keeping in mind that they are are not sourced). Herostratus (talk) 00:59, 16 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I think the subsequent sections should be added to the article "Fourth Republic of South Korea", because they give extra information to some of the topics covered. --Fer1997 (talk) 11:58, 7 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
