@S0091: There's a CTV article about students from this high school organizing their own prom since the school opted out of doing so [1], too. I'm not sure if it's enough, but it is a detailed, independant source that's about the school in some way. Please note that I'm not the person who submitted the draft, I literally just started doing anything from the AfC process as a reviewer like an hour ago. I was trying to be helpful to whoever was interested in submitting this. Also, I graduated from an Ontario high school so it piqued my interest a bit :) Thoughts? Hi @Clovermoss welcome to the AfC team! Its a bit of a gray area (see WP:SCHOOLOUTCOMES). I think you also added an additional source about funding so I think between that one and the one above it meets the bar of more than just existing and would likely survive an AfD discussion. Feel free to accept the article. I think many of us AfC reviewers improve drafts before we accept them. However, if you are not comfortable doing so, I don't mind accepting it. @S0091: Yeah, I added the additional source about funding. I thought it might help to show an example of the kind of sources you were talking about. That, combined with this one and the Toronto Star one, makes three. I think that's good enough for accepting, right? I'll try to do so, but can you double-check in a few minutes to make sure I did it right? Clovermoss (talk) 00:52, 18 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Good job, @Clovermoss! You spruced it up quite nicely. S0091 (talk) 01:08, 18 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@S0091: I actually did end up using the source! There's a bit more to the article now. The infobox wasn't actually my doing, that was the IP that resubmitted the draft. I helped them by placing the image inside the infobox instead of outside of it, but I'm proud of them, too. Imo their contributions are more impressive than mine because I'm used to editing Wikipedia at this point, lol. It's nice to hear that many AfC reviewers improve drafts before accepting them. I feel like that's the main reason I wanted to get involved. It's also one of the best places to interact with people who are trying to understand how Wikipedia editing works, apart from the Teahouse. Clovermoss (talk) 03:48, 20 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
