Most of it does, yes. We do need to make a note of that, but fortunately it's not a copyright concern as NASA is public domain. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 21:46, 11 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Much more detail

[edit]

Andrew LePage wrote an excellent article about this mission in The Space Review, October 11, 2010. They were late for the launch window and had to trim parts off the probe. The third (Blok I) stages failed because first "resonant vibrations in the Blok I while under the power of the Blok A core stage became so severe that it caused a malfunction in the rocket’s pitch control. After the Blok I stage ignited, the rocket veered off course and was shut down early" and on the second rocket "resonant vibrations in the Blok I while under the power of the Blok A core stage became so severe that it caused a malfunction in the rocket’s pitch control. After the Blok I stage ignited, the rocket veered off course and was shut down early." http://www.thespacereview.com/article/1709/1 I will add a link because it's a much better story. --Paperweight (talk) 07:43, 29 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
