Opinion: The Books talks to much about: "the Russians are guilty, the Chines people is guilty, the Czech people are guilty" without naming ways to mitigate if one land floods another with illegal drugs to destroy the moral in a country. => you can remove this opinion since talk ist not for opinions, but the source above looks valid.
