Why Heracleonas? The usual recent spelling seems to be Heraclonas. Adam Bishop 21:44, 10 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Part of the great Wikipedia debate about whether to name Byzatine emperors by their Greek or Latinized names. Perhaps also a plot to confuse the uninitiated (presumably the intended readership on an encyclopedia).--Iacobus 00:52, 17 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Coinage

I've been reviewing the articles on the brothers of Heraklonas, David (son of Heraclius) and Martinus (son of Heraclius). I'm not sure if I'll have the energy to review this one too but anyone doing so could probably use some of the work that has taken place at the other articles.

For now I just want to note here that the coin currently displayed in the article does not necessarily represent Heraklonas but rather Constans II. Haukur (talk) 16:58, 21 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
