I read this earlier while I had some free time, so don't think this is a quick review! Content wise, could you please add and tweak some of the examples with this new source: Engaging Ancient Maya Sculpture at Piedras Negras, Guatemala by Megan E. O'Neil work? It seems to be a pretty good balance and explains with a little more delicately the unknowns and the known of Xook's mysterious history. Death and the Classic Maya King by James L. Fitzsimmons mentions that the reign may have been a comparatively weak one on page 154. Translating Maya Hieroglyphs By Scott A. J. Johnson gives an additional transliteration detail for the name. Though a "A Brief History of Piedras Negras.." confirms with a source that the artifact does explicitly link Ruler 6 to being the son of Ruler 4. Please look these over and let me know if there are any problems with these sources, I think that this content matter is not truly keeping it from GA, but it is best to clarify and note the additional details and speculations until more discoveries emerge. Sounds good! I will work on this tomorrow, and hopefully get it up to shape.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 05:59, 27 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Here are the changes I've made. That new book by O'Neil is super awesome and helpful. (it's great that they've finally cracked the names for two of the other rulers!)--Gen. Quon (Talk) 18:04, 27 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
GA passed. Congratulations. ChrisGualtieri (talk) 04:37, 2 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
