Fulgence Dwima Bakana is a Burundian politician.[1][2] From 2002 to 2003, Bakana was the former Minister of Justice of Burundi and was succeeded by Didace Kiganahe, who was also succeeded by Clotilde Niragira (2005-2007), the first woman to hold such position.[1]
