Why is Montenegro coloured?

I had been wondering what the red dot in the Balkans was and upon zooming in discovered it was Montenegro yet there's no mention of this country in the corresponding list. To my knowledge the capital and largest city is Podgorica although Cetinj has sentimental status as the old Royal capital.
