Summary

Description A U.S. Navy North American YA-5C Vigilante (BuNo 149305) of Heavy Attack Squadron 3 (VAH-3) on display at Naval Air Station South Weymouth, Massachusetts (USA). This aircraft was later modified to an RA-5C and was destroyed in a fire abaord the aircraft carrier USS Forrestal (CVA-59) in the Gulf of Tonkin on 29 July 1967 while in service with RVAH-11.
