English: A shriveled banner with a border consisting of alternating white, red and blue flaming. In the upper pole red field and in the lower fluttering red field the Bohemian lion. Silesian eagle in lower pole gold field. Moravian eagle in upper fluttering blue field. The ratio of the width to the length is 1 : 1.
Čeština: Črtvcený list s okrajem skládajícím se z plaménků střídavě bílých, červených a modrých. V horním žerďovém červeném poli a v dolním vlajícím červeném poli český lev. V dolním žerďovém zlatém poli slezská orlice. V horním vlajícím modrém poli poli moravská orlice. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 1 : 1.
