Français : Villa Costebelle, anciennement Villa Miramonte, a été achevée en 1914 par l'architecte suisse Ramelli pour Victor Garcin, ancien négociant au Mexique. Cette villa, ainsi que plusieurs autres, ont été bâties par des Barcelonnettes parties faire fortune au Mexique.
