English: Front and southern side of the former First Church of Christ, Scientist (now the United Missionary Baptist Church), located at 2704 Monroe Street (State Route 51) in Toledo, Ohio, United States. Built in 1898, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and it is part of a Register-listed historic district, the Englewood Historic District.
