Summary

Description
English: Two images taken in Malaya (now Malaysia) depicting the decapitated head of a man suspected to have been a member of the Malayan National Liberation Army (MNLA). It was a common practice by British forces and their allies to decapitate suspected pro-indepence fighters and communists during the Malayan Emergency. These images were found in the diary of a British sgt which is kept in the UK National Army Museum. These images taken by British troops and their allies were often duplicated and traded between soldiers.
