Пази се в НВИМ. На лицевата му страна е извезан изправен коронован въоръжен лъв, стъпил върху полумесец. Над лъва е поставен революционният девиз: ”Свобода или смърть”, а под него абревиатурата: “М.К.Р.А": “Местен Комитет Родопи Ахъчелебийски”. На обратната страна в полукръг е извезан надпис: “Централни Родопи”.
