Description
English: Secondary structure of TMEM81 (predicted by Ali2D). Blue indicates beta strands while red indicates alpha helices. Color saturation is proportional to prediction confidence. A multiple sequence alignment of TMEM81 genes in H. sapiens, M. musculus, and G. gallus was used for the prediction.
