Description
Italiano: STATUA - Figura antropomorfa femminile in posizione eretta e arti disposti simmetricamente. Testa sovradimensionata rispetto alle proporzioni naturali del corpo, collo inanellato e agghindato con collane di perline. Acconciatura, sopracciglia e piedi tinti in nero, con il resto del corpo di colore chiaro e tracce di caolino (bianco) negli interstizi, in particolare intorno agli occhi. Sulla statua restano tracce di caolino. Il bianco è colore della purezza, della giovinezza e dei morti.
English: STATUE - Female anthropomorphic figure in a standing position and symmetrically arranged limbs. Head oversized compared to the natural proportions of the body, neck ringed and adorned with beaded necklaces. Hair, eyebrows and feet dyed black, with the rest of the body light colored and traces of kaolin (white) in the interstices, especially around the eyes. Traces of kaolin remain on the statue. White is the color of purity, youth and the dead.
